Why have the local police not helped?
The $2,500,000 Giacomazz's daughter obtained plus the $4,500,000 obtained after the Sheriff's Sale on the Beverly Hills home is a starting point. The relationships and network of the individuals involved is the next step.
Why has the F.B.I. not helped?
Both Local and National F.B.I. offices have been contacted. The last attempt, the F.B.I. field officer informed Mr. Gonzalez that he needed to define a "federal crime" which had occurred and they would help.
Since that time, Mr. Gonzalez identified several federal crimes, including fraud, conspiracy, interstate crimes, wire fraud, Racketeering ("R.I.C.O.") violations and the like, contacted the F.B.I. filed office again, and has been denied any further services.
Why won't the Court System help?
The Court System has been an active part of the problem since the bankruptcy cases run under the "non-existent" Del Rio Development, Inc. Through influence with judicial officers and various attorneys, the court system has been used as one of, if not the most formadable weapons against the Mansdorf Family.
What can I do?
Spread awarness, contact authorities, congressman, legislatures, law enforcement officials and news media. Make phone calls to you friends and loved ones about this. Call your Congressman, Representative, Legislature, Local Authority, Local News, and ALL OTHER OFFICIAL AUTHORITIES YOU CAN THINK OF. Come to the court hearings. Let them know they can no longer prey on the elderly, unlearned in the law seniors any more.
